Charles Colmark is a native of Illinois.  He studied Tuba at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music where he met his wife Sarah and did post-graduate work at the Conservatoire Nationale de Region Perpignan, France.  He earned his solo diploma, similar to our doctorate of music, at the Hochschule fur Musik in Hanover, Germany.  His professional experience includes the French National Opera of Bordeaux and the North German Radio Orchestra, among others.  He enjoys classical music radio in the afternoons at KHFM and working with his wife and family in the radio business.
